We work together as a team to become better versions of ourselves, not only in jewellery making, but also in language and financial literacy skills. We take pride in the excellence of our work, which reflects our craftsmanship and creativity.

Our team of creative and experienced development experts uses the most advanced CAD software. We have a direct to casting 3D printer that ensures the highest accuracy.

Fully automated high precision wax injectors that guarantee precise shape and weight consistency. Microchip readers are equipped to ensure the best wax injection parameters.

Casting ⁰⁴

Ennovie is at the leading edge of technology, collaborating with global researchers on advanced simulated casting.

We ensure consistency in each piece by using the most advanced casting machine, a rotating oven with highly stable temperature as well as running computerized-casting simulations. This technology allows us to create perfect moulds for our designs using optimal parameters, resulting in less waste of resources and time.

SUSTAINABILITY

Solar Power ⁰¹

First to be solar powered.

We are committed to using renewable energy sources to power our factory and reduce our carbon footprint. That is why we have installed 6,000 sqm (and increasing) of solar panels and batteries on our roof, which generate clean and green electricity for our operations.

Our solar power and battery storage system provides us with an average of 70% of our energy consumption, and we aim to reach 100% by the end of the year. There is no doubt that we are leading the way in using solar power and battery storage technology in the jewellery industry.

Water ⁰²

Green loop water system.

All the production processes water is recycled with a state of the art water treatment system that generates in return lab-grade water.

The Ennovie factory has been built on the concept of collecting, filtering, cleaning, and recycling to create a greener close-loop system. This is what we have done by collecting rainwater and recycling all our water usage. Only 10% of 'new' water is used.

Air ⁰³

Breathe in clean air.

The factory has a strict dust filtration system that collects dust from polishing and grinding and filters the air through two stages of filters. The factory also provides fresh air to the production area through air handling units that filter, dehumidify, and cool the air. The factory’s air-conditioning system is compartmentalized to reduce the spread of chemical vapors and odors. These measures create a safe work environment, reduce environmental impact, and increase production efficiency.

Reduce our carbon footprint.

Our biodegradable packing bags break down into elements found in nature through a natural process within a short period of time.

They are also recyclable and are downgraded to lower quality plastics for other use, such as furniture, utensils and toys.

At ennovie, we care about the origin of our metals and gems. We source and supply recycled gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium from RJC Chain of Custody certified refiners. We also offer traceable diamonds and gemstones from responsible mines.
